But still Korg's pc driver is not working right,especially when editing in Daw,
midi playback is ok,only when editing a track there is a misfunction somehow.

Thanks korg1 for pointing to some issues with OS 3.1.
After reading about these issues I prefer still waiting and hoping Korg will fix them.

Korg might not even know about these bugs
or even agree they exist till now,so i guess you will have to wait a long time.

Just try to rename those entries that might have the same name but different type ,for example .sty , .mid, .mp3

The keyboard does not turn on, it continues to restart over and over again. I had updated the OS from 2.0 to 3.0 to 3.01 and the latest OS of 3.10.

Before this problem occurred the following actions were taken:

1. Selected the Media button
2. Selected the Factory Restore option. The keyboard completed the Factory Restore and I was prompted to turn the keyboard off and I did.
3. Turned keyboard on. The Korg Logo appeared, then the 3.0 OS screen followed by 3.1 OS July 2019 window, however, the keyboard automatically restarts at this stage and this vicious cycle continues.

I completed the following procedures but the problem continues:

1. Reloaded OS 3.1 -- did not solve the problem.
2. reloaded OS 3.0 -- did not solve the problem.
3. Reloaded OS 3.1 -- did not solve the problem.
4. Replaced the battery (Energizer 2032 lithium battery) followed the procedures as directed in the current manual.

Have a gig next week and I am totally stressed out. Any guidance to fix this problem is greatly appreciated.

Try to load Os2.2 (i think! The one which is over200Mb) ,then load Os3.1 ,don't load 3 or 3.01 at all.
