Hello Everyone!
I'm having a bit of trouble with my Korg SP250 when I use it as a midi controller.
What I've done is I've hooked up the Korg SP250 to my computer using a Midi-USB interface cable. When I play it, at times certain notes don't switch OFF or random notes are switched ON.
To check where the problem is, I installed Midi-OX and investigated the problem. So what happens is that whenever I press a key, the right midi signal is sent. However, the OFF signal sent is not always for the right note. i.e. If I play staccato C3. The signal I get most of the time is C3-ON, C3-OFF, but, sometimes it could be C3-ON and E1-OFF.
I've also tried it with other cables an the same problem persists. I've also tried the cable with other keyboards and the problem vanishes. So I'm guessing the problem is with the Korg SP-250.
Would anyone know how to fix this or if there is a way around it?
