Hi all, I am totalt new with Korg pa4x I Think i Will get it tomorrow, my first Korg i have played Tyros many years, but it is time to try something new.
I have heared a lot of musikant but Can not get it in Denmark, is there any other Way to get it the styles is them i Wang most from musikant.

It’s possible to buy the normal pa4x and then just load the resources with extra sounds and styles.

I think it is what i did...

Yes I get it today my new pa4x without musikant.
But where Can i download or buy styles from musikant ?

Korg Denmark Canˋt have musikant for sale, only Germany,
I have asked Korg Denmark.

My korg dealer told me just to buy the regular pa4x and then load the musicant resources/styles/sounds.
(Because the knobs and text on the board is in German language on the musicant version?)

I think it is working for me.

I have many more slagher styles and pop and waltz styles.

I didn’t had them before i upgraded my resources.

The only thing is that everything is not really ordered.
Many different genres in one/more banks. Is it normal?

Of course I do not know which dealer told you this, but it is absolutely nonsense.

OK, the styles of the Musikant can be downloaded, but in many cases they do not work correctly because they use sounds that are not present in the 4X
International.
These sounds are stored in an extra memory chip on the motherboard of the Musikant.

Below - untranslated - the response from Korg Germany.

Leider besteht keine Möglichkeit die kopiergeschützten System- und
Musical-Resource Daten aus dem Pa4X Musikant Modell in das Pa4X
International Modell zu übertragen.

Die lokalen Geräteversionen Pa4X Musikant oder Pa4X Oriental besitzen auf
dem Motherboard einen zusätzlichen Gerätespeicher in dem die ergänzenden
Wellenformen der lokalen Geräteversionen abgespeichert sind.
Die internen ROM PCM Daten (ROM = Read Only Memory = Nur Lesespeicher) sind bei allen Pa-Modellen kopiergeschützt und können nicht aus dem Gerätespeicher exportiert werden.

Die PCM Daten sind die Grundlage für die Programmierung der
Program-Sounds.

Viele der Keyboard-SET's in den Werkseitigen Musikant Styles und SongBook
Einträgen, sowie die Style-Tracks der Musikant Styles verwenden
Program-Sounds die auf Basis der zusätzlichen Musikant Wellenformen
erstellt wurden.

Daher sind die speziellen Musikant PCM Daten unverzichtbar für die
Anwendung der Musikant Styles, KBD Sets und SongBook Einträge.

Die Musikant PAD's sind im Pa4X Musikant Keyboard in einem speziellen
LOCAL Speicherbereich abgelegt, der im Pa4X International nicht vorhanden
ist. Diese Daten können ebenso nicht übertragen werden.

Daher empfehlen wir Ihnen bei Interesse an den Musikant Daten Ihr Pa4X
International Modell gegen die lokale Geräteversion Pa4X Musikant
auszutauschen.

Die lokalen Geräteversionen Pa4X Musikant und Pa4X Oriental besitzen
jedoch auch alle Grundwellenformen (PCM Daten) vom Pa4X International,
sodaß die Werkseitigen Styles, Pad's, SongBook Einträge und KBD Sets von
dieser Geräteversion in die lokalen Geräteversionen übertragen werden
können und dort auch fehlerfrei eingesetzt werden können.
Auf Anfrage erhalten Besitzer der lokalen Pa4X Geräteversionen ein SET mit den Werkseitigen Styles und Keyboard Sets vom Pa4X International, da diese Daten problemlos mit einem Pa4X Musikant / Oriental Instrument verwendet werden können.
