|
|
Hello
When I record the Monologue via MIDI to say Waveform/Ardour I find I always need to reselect the program on the synth again (using the program/value knob) for MIDI playback to work properly - otherwise I just hear the note but not the modulation. I'm using the USB MIDI cable.
Anyone else experienced this?

Have you tried a different USB MIDI cable? |

Yep, same issue. Monologue also sometimes keeps sounding after pressing Stop in Waveform.
Same behaviour whether using the Windows or Linux version of Waveform. Have tried changing various global settings on the synth but to no avail. |

I turned off EN RX TRANSPORT and this has helped. Still some random behaviour at times but much better
The manual also suggest turning off LOCAL SW when using a DAW
Playing back MIDI recordings of programs with motion data don't sound exactly the same as when playing directly from the Monologue. I hear this on Ardour and Waveform on WIn10 or Linux... any ideas? |
