Hi,
I wonder if anyone can please tell me if its possible to change the Master Transpose with a midi command ou sysexc sent from a running midifile?
I mean start one midi file with zero Master Transpose and for example at measure 100 change the Master Transpose -3 ?
Best regards,

You can do this (and some more parameter settings of track, equalizers, effects) with SysExs.
For testing i just prepared a small SMF that begins with MasterTranspose + 8 semitones, changed in MBT (measure/beat/tick) 11:4:00 to + 4 semitones, changed in MBT 21:4:00 to - 4 semitones and changed in MBT 31:4:00 to 0 semitones.
First transpose I made with SysEx-Header (F0 7F 7F 04 04 00 48 F7 written to SMF with Pa-Keyboards sequenzer); then inserted "F0 7F 7F 04 04 00 44 F7" at 11:4:00; inserted "F0 7F 7F 04 04 00 3C F7" at 21:4:00 and "F0 7F 7F 04 04 00 40 F7".
If you play such SMFs with built-in-player (songplay mode) do not forget to unlock MasterTranspose in General Controls (else not transpose will occur) and apply transpose to seq1 (seq2).
If you use external SMF-player to sent MIDI to be played with Pa-keyboard, do not forget NOT to filter "SysEx" in Midi-In of keyboard and allow transpose applies to Midi-In-Notes.
As attachment can not be added send me a maildress if you are interested in testfile. _________________ kind regards
