Really enjoyed that demo. Got some great information from all that, and learned quite a few new things I didn’t know it was able to do.

The best thing in all this for me is the pure flexability of the sound engine and the ability to load in your own wavetables, which so much modulation control. There’s vast flexibility to shape and build some very unique sounds. Hmmm...I wonder if there’s room for new multi samples?

Wished the stream had of been longer as I would have liked to see and hear him explore the softer and warmer side to the keyboard. His choice of sounds during the demo were very bright but hey, he only had so much time to get through things.

More of these live streams KORG. Loving them.

Kind regards
Sharp.

I like the development of the Kaos thing and talk about weight and distribution and such. Making thinking about swirling sounds easier, I think.

They could just as well do firmware update to Wavestate and that joystick to do this. Doing coordinates and time on various axis is harder to do in a meaningful way.

Otherwise the live show was horrible in video and audio quality. My player on Brave and fullscreen said 720p but looked more lik 120p or something. Rather amateurish setup in my view. I have 100 mbps so that is not limiting anything. As soon as he played anything, I hardly could hear what he said.

I could not read text on panel of ModWave even.

And I swapped to youtube directly since full screen was not allowed on the link above.

Show off some really stounding sounds would do the job better. I have not heard anything yet that make me want it.

But as always Korg is extending headroom for anybody interested in sounds.
