I can’t respond to the entire post right now, but I’ll throw out one thought for your consideration:
The default Preload.PCG contains a whole lot of content not everyone leverages, so one approach is to create a streamlined alternate PCG in its stead.
I did so, excluding many of the drum kits as I don’t use them, and load it instead of the original which saves quite a bit of precious RAM. |

Hello and thankyou for your replies. It's a great help.
Sorry for submitting a bit much, will try not to do that again!
I have been back and forth with new PCG's but did find that I ran out of sample space. It's annoying having to keep loading samples when I find some sounds just don't work.
I will attempt to make a special PCG to load instead of the Pre-load one next.
Maybe I shouldn't have bought so much in the sale !
It's great to be able to talk to other Kronos users that understand the language, it's def something I have needed. |
