Hi everyone,

I've loved my Grandstage for almost 5 years now, but just today I noticed that the XLR, and 1/4" outputs are out of phase and I'm only getting purely wet verb to come out. This happens only for certain engines like the Rhodes, Wurli, some EP synths (but not all), Clav, some Organs, Strings, Brass, and some synths and leads. However, the grand pianos and upright pianos are all perfectly in phase and sing at full volume

Has anyone else had this problem?

When I first found the problem I tried restarting a few times, then factory reset it more than once, then I updated the firmware and rebooted once more, all to no avail.

I've tried all new cables both XLR and 1/4" but that isn't the problem. I get full volume on both the left and right channels on both the XLR and 1/4" outputs when ran in mono. Additionally the headphone output has no problems with phase which makes me believe this is a xlr and 1/4" output problem and not a global problem.

Any help would be appreciated as I'm in far over my head in terms of fixing myself.

Thanks in advance
