|
|
Hello all, I am new with the Nautilus. I installed the midi usb driver and editor software for my PC (win 10). First the midi usb driver, then the editor. When I connect the nautilus with the cable of my Nord stage 3 (mine didn’t come with a cable), to USB, I get errors that the midi port is not found. It doesn’t detect anything, nothing in the list of ports. Sorry my ignorance, but what am I doing wrong?. Before I simply connected my KingKorg or Micro X or Microkorg, in the very same way and never got such issues. It is also true that before I used a PCI card and now I am using an external interface(Scarlett 4i4). Not sure if this could be affecting.
I would like to know if somebody here can help me or if there is a way to get help from Korg as I haven’t found a contact email for customer support. Thanks! |
