I bought a new korg Nautilus 88 a few days ago, but the keybed has a problem.
The fault is between the two white marks:

Hi there,
Sounds like a minor issue, something like a problem with the felt strip under the hammers in that area. Since your unit is under warranty, call your nearest authorized Korg service shop so they can fix that for you. Do not try to fix it yourself opening the unit since you would void the warranty. |

Hi,
I have just read this thread and with the utmost respect to KK (Platinum Member) I see this issue as anything but a minor issue. I see it as a huge problem with quality control that seems to be affecting newer models produced by Korg. The Nautilus and the PA5X have both had units with these keyboard issues. Combine that with the PA5X O/S problems and it does not bode well for the Company.
When you take into account the cost of these keyboards, owners are entitled to expect better.
Chris
p.s. I have a Nautilus 88 and I think it's brilliant. |
