Can anyone recommend a USB CD-ROM that I can use with my M3 and will read Akai/EMU CD's? I've tried my laptop external CD reader but the M3 doesn't recognize any of my sample discs in the aforementioned format. Many thanks in advance _________________ Nth Ascension Progressive Rock

Did you select “Scan USB Device” from the Media Info tab, to recegnise the external drive, and can other CD media types, like an Audio CD, be recognised by the M3?

Hi voip
I appreciate the reply, thank you. I tried what you said with EMU, Akia and audio CD's but the M3 states they are an 'invalid format'? _________________ Nth Ascension Progressive Rock
