Hi There
I've just bought an X50 as a 2nd Keyboard (also play Yamaha Motif) and am having real issues getting the X50 and the Editor to communicate when connected via USB on my MacBook Pro (Intel Mac). I have looked on the various forum posts here, downloaded and installed the latest MIDI driver together with and updated X50 Editor (supposedly Intel Mac friendly) and still no joy. When I try and "receive all" I just get an error message. Am I missing something here? Having wasted nearly 12 hours on this am starting to get more than a little annoyed. Hanging out to poach some sounds of my friends Triton Extreme. Please HELP.
Thanks. _________________ Cheers

On my Windows I had to activate the USB-MIDI driver after I installed it by running the "Install KORG USB-MIDI Device" shortcut in my start menu. I haven't done this on a Mac so I don't know that works, but everything should be properly explained in the manual. |

Thanks but it is different with a Mac. Driver is installed and running. The manual doesn't help at all. _________________ Cheers
