Has anyone else had this problem , when I use my Combi`s like "VOICE OF KARMA" the sounds have all altered, insted of the drum patch , ive got a piano tinkering way ,and all the other patches have totally changes as well making the sound really horrid. anyone here got any ideas what might be causing this, and how to stop it ?I emailed Korg and they kindly sent me some discs to try , but its still the same , its close to being thrown thru the window now.......... Hi cabokale

Combis like "VOICE OF KARMA" rely on the correct PROGRAMS being loaded.
This problem could happen if you have loaded different/other programs/combis at some stage.
Reload the Korg supplied factory diskette and I think you will find that it will all come good Very Happy

(If you do not have the factory "preload" diskette, I will be happy to send it to you)

Hope this helps.

Cheers

As Pete suggests, you may have overwritten your Karma preload with with Triton or other non-Karma 3rd party programs. Go here http://www.karma-lab.com/korgkarma/korgkarma.html
for the proper preload and OS, which I suggest you reinstall. Just scroll down a bit for the links.
Cheers,
Eric
