I am running Live 7 with XP. Still having trouble figuring out how to record more than one take per project. For example, I select piano on track 1 I record with no problem, when I select VST for track 2 I get an error saying this VST program is not compatible with live 7. Is that a fact? |

According to the M1 Le release notes, one of the limits of it being the LE version is that you can only use one instance of it at a time. If you use Multi or Combi mode you can at least layer 8 sounds which should give you quite a bit to work with. |

I think I've found a solution to this limitation. In live 7 you can create various clips per sound and then record your clips to audio or however you want your results. Thank you for your input. |
