|
Hi, I didn't belive to finish this first track cos I started too late in this month. I didn't create a real track but an overture for the whole osam work so it will be quite a short piece. Thanx to Diego I tweaked it since the version you can hear.
Sounds come from Triton, Motif Es Rack, K2661, and V-synth XT.
Have fun!

(I'm sorry for user and password but I keep this file on a little server here and I prefer not to share too much my work, so only people looking to this thread will be able to find the file).

Great sounds Lorenzo,
The start is a musical journey, like a dream really.
Nice build at 1:47, and good separation to the hits.
The end leaves me wondering what comes next though _________________ Chordial |

Wow ... that's an awesome start to something
It sounded absolutely fabulous here. I love the mix of synthy and acoustic type sounds, creates a great texture.
It's inspired me to finish my piece too !

I have something in mind... but I'm not sure if I'll be able to create it cos I need a vocalist... ok, I can sing, but I don't like my voice so who can tell? March will be a real challenge for me.

You already got my comment, but again, a great job. Great opener.
Maybe it should read "Coming March 2008". Or better yet maybe have the voice of Don LaFontaine say that!

hi, thanx a lot to all for nice comments! I'll hope to develop a sort of demo album with this OSAM and not just some experiments like I did in the first OSAM...

It's a sonic landscape. Love that wind sound. And your pads all blend very well together. Of course we want more of this. It is the Overture of a large piece, so it would seem. There is such a nice sense of drama and your production speaks with an authority which allows us to settle back and allow the music to take us somewhere magical. _________________ George Nelson is 2loose

thanx for the kind words! the wind ehm ehrr... is a preset of the k2661 made with vast and if I remember well a cymbal sound...
I'm happy that many of you talked about the production, as an audio technician (ok, now I leave that work but I continue to record bands and classical music) I'm very happy you like it.
Hey - it ended
eh eh eh yes, I think so... but who can tell about the new song? I hope it will fit exactly as a new begin after that sudden ending...

Hi!
I've had the opportunity to listen to that song in different stages, and I must confess that it's grown becoming really great!
Lorenzo started with an interested musical idea and developed it with very good sounds...We discussed in quite a few emails: I learn a lot from this guy!
I'm sure the final work will be a masterpiece!

about the first part of your sentence... you already signed a contract Osam IS a contract eheheh!
about the second... internet was made for this, we should try to create something exchanging wav or mp3 at high quality tracks... _________________ http://www.synthaddicted.com |
