Diego, we have the same taste in music then, because I love most all kinds, but I listen to a lot of Fear Factory, KMFDM, Rob Zombie, Ministry, Corrosion of Conformity, Pantera. I have much on my mp3 player. I also have jazz, latin, classical, electronica, smooth, chill. _________________ George Nelson is 2loose

I've recently upgraded the PC speakers to include a small sub woofer, and what a difference. Usually I run the sonds through my gear, but it's a bit late. The bass especially sounds so cool, well done for keeping it under control, it's almost like I'm missing it on parts and then there it is.
Great use of he different sounds, alien textures to start with that develop nicely. You might have noticed that my critique is relying on what I hear and the feeling I get from the songs, rather than technical (although I'm loving the feedback on my song). This sounds so fresh, and just when you are ready for a change, in it comes. The first few listens, I though that the beat was a bit too repetitive, but it's grown on me with the song, and now fits perfectly. Sorry I can't offer anything more tangible, but my tardis is rocking to the sound
It's excellent, love those sounds, and the synth solos are great. _________________ Chordial |

Nice tastes George
It seems you're a little more on the industrial side, I prefer the Trash-death-black metal side...but I must admit that industrial is totally mind blowing for usage of new sounds, for getting new ideas and for listening to great production.
I'm missing so much Dimebag, Pantera was one of the best band on the planet, I'm so sad I've never had the opportunity to see them live!
This year I was at the Gods of Metal here in Milan and I really enjoyed a lot bands like Dark Tranquillity, Dimmu Borgir, Dream Theater, Blind Guardian and so on...this year it was more "classic" metal oriented...I hope to see more trash-industrial in the future.

Actually I listen to all that a lot on both sides. Dream Theater I have also. Very sad about that Pantera guy. I have a dvd about Pantera. _________________ George Nelson is 2loose

Dream Theater is really good. I enjoy Savatage, and Queensryche of course, but now I have crossed over into the thematic!

To the Doctor from Whoville......
Art, I regret being so late on replying. I did not realize that you had graduated to M3 land. Nice use of effects (everything). Constant motion, only the beat is unchanged. I love the M3 sounds they are more meaty than my old Triton. The intro is interesting and then you keep building the piece off of it.
I am glad I get to hear again what you are doing. After Fuz I haven't kept up with you. I am even more excited about next month. Nice piece! _________________ “I’m into scales right now.”

Hi jazlover,
Yes - the M3 rocks. Funny thing is that I did OSAM1 shortly after getting the TS. Now OSAM3 is shortly after getting the M3. Hmmm .. there might be a pattern here.
After Fuz - that was awhile ago - OSAM1 time. I still have the parts from you and Prash (haven't seen him around). Maybe I'll get back to it.
Hi Chordial,
Glad to hear that the tune kept pulling you along - that is my intent. Thanxs for listening - glad you enjoyed it.
Cheers,

Hi Art,
I have been looking forward to this as your tunes are 'right up my street'. This one has all the virtues of fine electronica; the sounds are sweet, arpeggio lines are interesting and there are enough movements throughout to keep the listener focused.
As for the panning however, I find it too extreme. The idea is nice but I would prefer to have at least some drums on the other end too.
The motif at 2:30 sounds nice and promising, so I hoped it would be developed a bit further...it could perhaps be a way to conclude the song

Hi sewa,
Yes - it seems my panning was too much for most people - ahh well that is okay - all of my electronica tunes are experiments
Yes - I had to wrap up the tune because I was tired of it - I did listen to it again today - and it sounds a lot different after a week off from it. I will redo the ending. I like you suggestion on the last solo idea developing and finishing the tune.
I'll let you know when I finish it - I'll post it on SoundClick then.
Thanxs,
