Ok first things first, vista sucks! now im having a problem with my x-50 connecting to the editor, why does it start syncing then stop at 3% or 60% or even 99% when loading the data from the X-50 to the editor? ive downloaded the Latest vista drivers ive downloaded the Latest Editor From Korg.com and still it does it. I have even tried uninstalling them both numerous time and reinstalling them. plz anyone who knows? help me! should i go back to using XP?

The most common couse for this problem is because you are either touching mouse or synth when Sync-ing is going on... Don't move mouse or do anything untill it finishes Synchronizing !

I don't think that's the problem, I have Vista running on one-processor machine and no problem with syncing. Try to download lates usb->midi driver (if you use it) and latest version of X50 editor. Maybe upgrade your x50 firmware to 1.0.1. I've had same problems earlier, but now with all latest versions of software/drivers it never happened to me.
