Yesterday I was using the KLC products as plug-ins in a Pro Tools session for the first time and they were all working great. Today I tried opening up the session and while loading a window comes up saying "Polysix" And then the option to click either yes or no. If I click no the session crashes! If I click yes it brings me to this link -
http://www.korguser.net/shop/software/support/selector.asp?state=2
and it says "No valid licenses were found, or the USB key is not connected to your computer." even though my USB key is plugged in!
I've been trying to fix this all day but nothing is working, I can't even open my Pro Tools session. This is extremely annoying. I'm using the KLC on a macbook that i just recently bought. Prior to this I was using it on a G4 and I had to download the licenses to the USB key on my PC as my G4 did not have internet connection. In an older thread I created I was told that all I would have to do is plug the usb key into the macbook and everything would be fine...and I was successfully able to use all the different programs, but now every time I try opening my Pro Tools session which has the KLC software used as plugins it won't let me open the session! |

Does the standalone version still work (ie the dongle is seen and everything's ok?)
Do then plugins work when instanciated to a new session?
Are your Syncrosoft/dongle drivers up to date? |
