padKontrol "not connected" message - WTF?

I have tried to get my pK working with Reason, but when i attempt to transmit the ReDrum pK setting, it says "Scene transmit failure: your device is not connected"

It is! Anyone know how to fix this?
Im using Windows Vista 32
