|
|
I seem to have a problem with my KM50 standalone editor. When I install it and then try to use it I always get a message that my usb driver is not installed, yet...all my other software works fine with the KM50 and in the editor itself I can trigger the keyboard from the virtual keyboard. Problem is I can't load anything to the KM50 from the editor or vice versa.
Have tried uninstalling both the editor and the drivers and resinstalling but no difference. Have also installed the latest editor but still the same problem. Just can't get it to work Anyone else ever had any problems with the editor? _________________ https://yamahamusicians.com |

I get the same error with the 1.11 driver. But I have no problem using the software after I click the error message away. |

My problem is I can't load any of the KM50 sounds into the Editor to work on. Not sure why it keeps claiming the usb driver is not installed when it patently is installed. I'll try it under Vista and Windows 7 and see if I have any more luck. _________________ https://yamahamusicians.com |

Don't forget, after installing the USB driver, you must run the install from the start menu for the "Korg USB Driver"..
Took me till my 2nd install to figure that our..
Read the install info. carefully, it explains it, but it didn't make sense until AFTER I had it working correctly.
