|

I have what should be a simple question. In reading the info (guitar center) about the m50 I have a question on the drums. It list a large amount of grooves but says each program has a track asigned to it. I also was looking on how to change these.
What I thought was that the keyboard has a built in drum machine but so far I have not seen how to use it? Can someone point this out? |

There is a Drum Track button that activates it all. From the hour I spent with it at Guitar Center, I could easily manipulate which drum track played with which sound/voice via the touch screen.
Every sound already has a preset drum track assigned to it but it takes mere seconds to change that to whatever you desire. The drum track presets can be seen in the Voice Name list manual here...

The Drum track listings are on pages 86, 87 & 88 _________________ Life is short, play a KORG!

YES! The touch screen handles everything, just like using a mouse in windows.
Then load the software controller,,, that alone taught me a bunch about the M50 and synth theories in general.
The drum machine is sweet. And remember, you can also create you own patterns..
Hope to see you around the Korg forum..
Also, check out the Karma site for the M50!!!

I might add this..
I own 4 drum machines including the Alesis SR16 (I think it's called that) and the better Boss unit from a couple years ago.
Now with the M50, it will be my "Go to" drum machine for just jamming.. FYI!

Is there anyplace that shows how to do a simple drum track? I got the keyboard last week and went through the instructions that came with it. But some things I am a better learner at seeing it actually done, not just reading a manual. |

I have been keeping an eye on youtube for any new tutorials. It would be great if someone could make a simple tutorial. |

Well playing around with one I found there is no way to put the drums with programs they can only be used (editable) in combi |
