How or where do you change octaves? Many keyboards have dedicated buttons, some have buttons to transpose or change the key.
Does the M50 do that if so where? _________________ N364

You can assign SW1 and SW2 to either OCTup or OCTdown within a patch. _________________ Korg M50-88, Nord Electro2 73, Roland JV-90

ok, so then you can't do that on the fly though. That would be a helpful funtion for the 61 key _________________ N364

What he means, is you setup the program or Combi with SW1 or 2 for the Octave up or down, then it's on the fly.

Ok, if I were to do that then those are limited to that funtion right? Is there another common program use for those buttons? If not that might be an easy answer. _________________ N364

SW1 and SW2 are used for different things in different patches; there's no way to globally assign them. _________________ Keyboard Rig: Korg Kronos, Moog Sub 37, Waldorf Blofeld Module, Neo Instruments Ventilator II, Moog MiniFooger Delay, Strymon BigSky, Roland KC-150, Mackie 802-VLZ4 Mixer |
