hello

i'm hoping someone can help me with an unfortunate incident.

So I bought a Microkorg synth from a friend a while back, and everything worked great, it was awesome fun.

Then stupidly and regretfully, I let another friend borrow it, and after a while I asked for it back, he tells me, "It's broken".

Apparently what he said happened was:
He plugged the wrong power adaptor into it, and as a result it just stopped working.

So what happens now when I try to turn it on, is the two lights for the "Audio On" turn on red, and then turn green, and then turn off. Nothing else happens, no other lights come on. And that's it.

SO, what I am asking is, if anyone might know the probable malfunction, and if it is at all fixable. Or is the whole thing ruined?

ANY info would be appreciated. Thanks.

you should be able to take them to a korg service technician - you can find those on korg's website www.korg.com under support.
