ok, obviously as you can hear this is a short, unfinished, bad mixed and bad mastered track, but I'm glad to tell you that after long time and thanx to osam I started to write music again with this one.
There are and will be too many things to do for me in this 2 years but I won't annoy you with non music related details in this osam thread... so I just post the link, feedbacks are welcome since I want to finish this tune and go on with another one in April.
All the sounds comes from my brand new PC3x recorded both in midi and spdif to have the best sound quality on orchestral sounds. Now it's your turn: should I continue to write in the orchestral domain or do you prefer I switch and merge into this piece some electronic sounds? any input will lead me to decide the right path and will give me for sure the inspiration I need to go on.
Thanx in advance!

I love this too. such power and determination, nothing will stop you on this journey, and it sounds very nicely done, i don't hear any rough spots at all, this makes me want to listen to Passa Doble music or Spanish classical or something

This sounds like just the beginning to a much larger piece. So far it sounds great.

I do think that there should be percussion playing behind the string melodies. And I suggest that you keep using orchestral sounds. I'm not sure how electronic sounds would work in a song like this one. But if you can make it work, I certainly wouldn't mind listening to it.

Hi Lorenzo

You've certainly found some really great orchestral sounds!! I'm still trying to "find" the orchestra in my Classic. This already sounds very real, and I would love to hear what you achieve with this.

So I agree with the others - keep it orchestral...(well, you don't HAVE to!)....What you have started here is sounding very very good, and I also loved the percussion.

Regards from
Dee

Hellow Lorenzo

great orchestral sounds indeed and you sure know how to use them!
the composition is great, could be a soundtrack for a movie - and a good one

the overall sound production sounds pretty good not bad mastered track and absolutely not a bad mixed...

i enjoyed listening to it very much

Hi Lorenzo!!

Some nice sounds here, and a few really good solid ides... Themes that really speak well and hold sufficient support as well...

The end of this sample should move into a development section at .., perhaps a different tempo and with a more sustained feel in all parts, or maybe a large melody.. with the same idea for support...

A second section of a contrasting melodic content could then develop, and lead into a coda of the opening material... (just one idea.... I am SURE you have many of your own...) !!

Good luck on a finish for it!!!

VERY NICE...!!! John (ellll) Very Happy
