just dawned on me that there have been numerous questions and problems mentioned on here over the last week or so and not one official korg representative piping up with with any help or reassurance......which to me seems really really poor....
every other piece of hardware, and software, i own has official forums where you are pretty much guaranteed some kind of employee to keep an eye on things and help customers out....
maybe im missing something, but seems to be a blatant amount of 'nobody knows' going on at the moment and it would be nice if korg could show this forum some attention, especially with it being a new product.......
a lot of people must be looking here if toying with the idea of buying one.....makes me wonder if the answers to a lot of our questions/problems/misgivings are going to be disappointing and korg dont want to lie to us but at the same time they don't want to put off any potential customers......so they're saying nothing? |

a-ha.....in that case i apologise, as an un-official user's forum site it's great.....
i was just expecting a bit more help from korg, but that explains it!
so korg don't have an official forum???? im sure this is where i got sent from a link on their site.....so we have to email/ring them with any little enquiry/suggestion/problem.......great. |

I would find it hard to not find a good answer for any question/suggestion/problem from this forum's members, which they are in fact who uses the gear day after day. Having said that, there are many Korg officials roaming around the forum and, when time permits, they usually contribute to solve many issues.
If your are meaning questions regarding the MicroSampler, you have to realize is a very new product. I don't think there should be too much experience already.
Just be patient. _________________ Martin Ocando

the fact that there is not much technical knowledge, is a good reason for them to hang around and pick up them vibes |

Maybe not but there are some inside men here who (when Korg have duffed up and hurt buyers) annoyingly sometimes use pro-korg censcorship that Korg would cheer on from the sidelines, big time!
All the same this place is very worth keeping 2 eyes on and beats stacks of other forums for useful info |
