The best advice I have give you is to go to program mode and go through the brass sounds and write down the location of each sound that you like most. Then when you have a list, go back to COMBI mode and assign them one by one into a blank COMBI.
Set all the midi channels of the COMBI to Track 1 as necessary so you can actually hear the sounds assigned play when you press the keys.
Also make heavy usage of the Pan and spread out your sounds.
Finally, use a slight bit of Chorus on MFX 1 and a Smooth Hall Reverb on MFX 2. IF you need a little more sparkle to the sound, apply a stereo enhancer to IFX 1.
Regards

The way Sharp said it is the most common way to do brass sections. To do it better you'd probably have to know the ranges of each particular brass instrument, and set key windows according to that, and stuff like that.
Not easy, but you need to tweak more. You can't expect instant solution just about anytime unfortunately |
