Where did you download it from?

Was it from the download section here?
If so they are in zip format - so you need to get hold of zip or winrar; there are free extract applications if you google.
If you have that and already opened the zips you will see the files are in sysex format. This is a file system that can be transferred from your PC/Mac via USB/midi. You need an application like soundiver to do that.
