That's a bonus! I guess this is 'allowed' either because Yamaha owned Korg in '83 (I think?) or because the patent has expired?? |

I looked through the OASYS forum and did a google search. All of the links that may have been valid when MOD7 was released to OASYS users don't seem to be active. Can someone point me to a valid link that has this large batch of FM patches/sysex? Thanks |

You know, Korg had an FM synth back in the day and it was pretty decent. _________________ Current Korg Gear: KRONOS 88 (4GB), M50-73 (PS mod), RADIAS-73, Electribe MX, Triton Pro (MOSS, SCSI, CF, 64MB RAM), SQ-64, DVP-1, MEX-8000, MR-1, KAOSSilator, nanoKey, nanoKontrol, 3x nanoPad 2, 3x DS1H, 7x PS1, FC7 (yes Korg, NOT Yamaha). |

Ah yes, I'd forgotten about that - the DW series I think?
I used to have a Korg 707 come to think of it, and that was FM...
This one used to be thedx7.co.uk but has been re-hosted elsewhere http://homepage.ntlworld.com/steve.sims/ Quite a few .SYX there, too |

Anyone have the factory DX7 patches that will load into Kronos?
How cool would that be to audition some of those classic DX7 patches? C'mon Kronos! This is gonna be a rough couple of months waiting for it to ship. _________________
