Nothing announced for now. How about letting Korg release the board officially, late April or early May? No updates have been promised!
However, I can tell you that there's no Firewire, and there's no slots for any kind of expansion boards that would add more audio inputs etc. |

I assume that any expansion would be by adding sounds for the SSD. |

On the pictuires, I don't see expansion slots, but could be under it though. Sample ram memory expansion is most requested among people in this forum I think.
Software expansion would be more likely I would guess.
For the Oasys, Korg added more engines.
I'm pretty sure it's possible to add new engines to the Kronos.
Question is, will they do it? |
