|
|
So I can't figure out how to import a sample into the Micro from the librarian as a one-shot...it appears loop is the only option.
Then i need to resample each one on the micro as a oneshot, and run out of memery doing this.
Is there a a way on the librarian to send them out as oneshot, or a shortcut on the micro that just changes the sample to a oneshot??? |

On the mS:
EDIT > SAMPLE > PLAYTYPE: LOOP OFF
Decrease RELEASE if you want to hold the key to trigger the sample.
Increase RELEASE if you want to just tap the key and have it play all the way. |

Thanks for that, i'll give it a try.
I know in the past when i have been converting loops to one shots by resampling, there appears to be an intermittant shortcut, ie: i hit resample>sample then instead of the whole sample playing while i hold down the key-turning it into a oneshot, the sample light goes out and the sample is a oneshot. Other times it just shortens the sample down to the length that the record was lit up.... |

Indeed the release is the key.
Even on the editor, just crank the release and off you go.
Thanks again |
