Hi
Have an iPad with the USB camera connection kit and emu 1x1 midi connection.
The mpc3000 runs vailixi software and has no issues.
So I can play iElectribe sounds via my mpc pads no problem. However, I was really looking to create drum patterns on the iElectribe (latest version installed) and have them play on the mpc using the drum sounds of the mpc. I figured that playing a drum pattern on the iPad would also send midi signals to the mpc.
I've made sure that there are drum sounds allocated to the correct midi notes on the mpc but I hear nothing.
Midi is going from the iPad via USB to the midi out jack which goes into the midi in of my mpc.midi soft thru is turned on and when I press the pads on the mpc I hear drum sounds.
Note that Midi from mpc to iElectribe works perfectly, so I don't think it's a hardware problem.
Can anyone help with this - it would be appreciated.
Mark
