Maybe there's something wrong with translation from japanese... you know... something like: "all your base are belong to us" or whatever... ;P _________________ Kronos 88, Farfisa F1, nanoPAD2, Casio SA-10 |

From www.korg.co.jp (Via Google Translate):
"Added August 30, 2012: Release of Editor / Plug-in Editor Version 2.0 only KRONOS X / KRONOS was changed to mid-September. I am sorry, please understand that effect."

Come on people, give Korg some slack. They did say the editor would be released at the end of August, but there was a typo on the year, it should have read 2013. So Korg still have 11 months to deliver. _________________

If they need yet a few months, no problem. But editor must be 64 bits compatible and shall (shall) add some value and not the opposite... (up to date version is simply useless).
By the way, the new Krome editor looks pretty good ! _________________ www.neomad.net |

Here we go again... |
And the full text actually says:
Quote: | Editor / Plug-in Editor Version 2.0 only KRONOS X / KRONOS System Version 2.0 which corresponds to this, was originally scheduled to begin download early August, we will begin to change in late August also download. I'm sorry to have kept you waiting.
Added August 30, 2012: Release of Editor / Plug-in Editor Version 2.0 only KRONOS X / KRONOS was changed in mid-September. I am sorry, please understand that effect. |
And some people wonder why we want to hack the **** out of this thing |

You mean the way they forgot about the mighty Oasys? No way! If it's just two weeks, it's no big deal. But we've seen that before with Korg. They should just say it's coming and don't commit to a date. It's doing them more wrong than good. Give it to us when it's ready and that's that.
Now, they're commiting to a date in september that they'll probably not respect and that will only make users angry once more. MHO.
