I love the BLUE LED's, why doesn't KRONOS have them? I don't like the LED's on the Kronos, kinda "Gun-metal-ish".... but the synth is AWESOME!
( I MOD or have my synths modified with BLUE LED's.... )
I look forward to checking this one out! Price might just be right for me!
I just sold my trusty Triton so if it is priced right it would fit in nice!

Maybe they are trying to make an statement. Like Apple's luminous apple on all their laptop lids. They don't serve any purpose, but everybody knows is an apple product. _________________ Martin Ocando

I love it, very sleek. But there's so many things Krome has, that Kronos SHOULD have: Piano Roll editing, direct on-screen parameter editing etc.
Don't get me wrong... I love my Kronos, and I realise that things progress, but please Korg, surely you can give us "old" Kronos users a similar interface. _________________ Synth DIY Projects |

61 Key
£799 UK Pounds
€1,000 Euro
That's one hell of a deal.

At that price I'm almost tempted to trade in my PA800. _________________ Current gear: Korg Kronos 61, Voicelive 2, Shure SM58, Alesis M1 Active 520, Focusrite Scarlett 18i6 |

The Blue LED in the R on the back of the KROME is like the DSI PolyEvolver.
It glows & swells with the sounds you play.... I hope the KROME does that, too! _________________ Korg Kronos w/ Uber Analog Vol. 1, Uber Americana Sample Collections, Roland Fantom X8, V-Synth, Novation K-Station

Gotta say I miss the Krome-M as the desktop module that would fit in the Korg Komponent System right beside my M3M-module on my M3-73
I also miss the MOX usb-audio features. Don't think I will replace my M3 or PC3 with this but I will check it out. The price seems to be good. _________________ Novation Ultranova, Korg M3 73, Korg Triton Extreme 76, Korg Poly 800 MK2, Korg Kaossilator, Korg Trident MK1, Nord Electro 3, Kurzweil PC3X, Kurzweil K2500X, Virus TI 61 , Alesis Micron, Kurzweil K2000, Kurzweil K2500R, Yamaha SK20, Hammond C3+ Leslie R22, PC running Brainspawn Forte with EMU Soundcard + IK Multimedia Sampletank 2.0 + Sonik Synth + Miroslav Philharmonik, Logic Mainstage |

Looks like a neat piece of kit notwithstanding the detractors. Set the price in the USA somewhere south of $950.00 and watch them fly off the shelves. _________________ Too much gear to list. |
