Hi All

Hope someone can help me out. I came across the wave drum at a concert liked it so much I thought that I would give it a tap. I don't play a drum of any kind but it looks a good way of practicing with out making to much noise by using headphones.

Can some one tell me the difference between the models which one offers the beginner best value, I'm currently looking at the silver. Can I plug it into an iPad/\PC would I need an amp or stick to laying down tracks on the PC.

What do I need to get started?

Grateful for any pointers

First of all, I'd like to welcome you to the forums!

I'm not personally a WaveDrum user but I think your question would have a better chance of being answered by those who are if re-posted to the WaveDrum forum.

Best of luck! Cheers!

go the extra mile and get a Global
especially as a beginner you will appreciate the higher sensibility very much .
esp. with headfones
play the rim with your fingers and you know what Im talking about ... Wink

The manual and the Voice listing show you the number /names of presets
and of the PCMs and Algorithms
silver 100/100
ori 150/150
global 200/200

Global thread :

get started with a solid audio connection to your PC .. bingo
and some drumsticks , rods and mallets
maybe a small EQ and FX between Wavedrum and PC
a snare stand ?
