Other than the Korg Kronos Music Workstation Video Manual Parts 1 thru 6, does anyone know if Korg has made any other Video Tutorials for the Kronos?

Also, I've seen that sudosonic has about 5 hours of video tutorial for $70, which they say goes into much more details than the Official Kronos ones. Anyone have any familiarity with that, or maybe something better?

I'm assuming you've checked all tutorials in this thread;

Mike Conway has done some good Oasys videos, most of which apply to the Kronos as well. You can find them on Youtube.

Mike's are great. I'm not as tech savy as others here. So when I purchased the Kronos I also ordered the Sudosonic videos. They are a good starting point. For me, they are worth it. Good luck. Smile Smile

Had you seen Korg's tutorials first or not? Would like to hear a comparison on those.

Qui's are very cool...I like the price. The Sudosonic ones's expand on the Korg set and Qui's are the next logical step. It's all good, some nuggets in all of them and--of course, here too! Good luck. Smile Smile

Yes, it looks good, looks like Qui has 16 Free Tutorials on youtube, so I though that they might also have paid ones for intermediate and/or advanced? But I guess not, I guess their thing is sound libraries.

As far as I know, it is not 'they' but 'he' ... he makes great videos and I have heard his sound sets are phenomenal.

Which is not that unusual, because the videos he makes show great expertise and of course he uses that including his experience to make the sound sets.

Btw, it's great he makes the videos for free.

These instructional videos are progressive. One can begin with the Korg videos, which gets you familiar with their terminology. Next, the Sudosonic set expands on the basic knowledge. But, do they satisfy everyone's cravings or address everyone's ultimate goals to be accomplished with the Kronos?...no. Do they help make the picture a little clearer?...yes.

Qui's are superb and advanced. Wow, can this guy create sounds! Bottom line is were they worth the $69 to me?...yes. However, I sure like the price of Qui's, providing them free is quite a phenomenal gesture. Smile Smile
