|
|
Armed with my Kronos and a Tascam porto studio I have produced an album of my music and thanks to the Kronos, sequencer, plus some amazing sounds thanks to QuiRobinez, it's a dream realised for me.
Special thanks to QuiRobinez, PianoManChuck, Tim and many others and Korg Forums.
I hope its a great advert for the Kronos and does it justice for my genre of music.
I don't want to put a direct link on because it's against the rules of the forum but its on iTunes and Amazon so you could maybe take a look.
Lester Hardcastle, We All Dream.

Damn Lester! That's first rate stuff. As good or better than most of the offerings on XMRadio's Chill channel. Congrats. _________________ Too much gear to list. |

Trust me, comments like that mean so much, I just had to grow some balls and go for it, it's a bit scary but I just did it, so I hope it inspires and helps people to just go for it. You never know, someone might actually like it.

As you can see by the comments Lester you do inspire people with your talent. Give yourself some credit. You deserve it. |

congratulations on your album, i immediately bought it on itunes when i saw your post and listened the whole album already five times since i bought it.
I already have four !!! favorites on the album.
my absolute favorite from the album is:
- People Are Awesome
other tracks that i also really like are:
- Solitude
- The Unicorn
- We All Dream
The whole album feels like a story, it starts a little bit in the style of Enigma, but after a few minutes it was perfectly clear that you have developed your own style and story. Outstanding work!
Was the kronos the only synth you used on this album? |

Thank you Q.
First three tracks are from my Triton Studio.
All the rest 100% Kronos. 100% Kronos sequencer. I don't use the editor software and I play as much free hand as I can because it's more organic and authentic. You will be able to tell that it never sounds synthetic because it isn't.
Your observations are really cool and thanks.
I have to add that I used a lot of your sounds, which actually brought the songs to life. They added that bit of magic dust that was needed to add more depth. Your piano patches are simply beautiful.
On The Unicorn you will recognise its your programme that runs right the way through. That drum loop is awesome.
Mostly I am really pleased that you like it, I hope others enjoy it.
It's a dream realised for me.
I'm sat in work making teeth at the moment, got to pay the bills

Thanks mate, go for it and keep believing in your music.
I don't want to seem like I'm bumping this up myself so I'll just say thanks to everybody for your support. _________________ https://m.youtube.com/user/1967runningman |

Lester,
I finally got to purchase your album, it is awesome. I enjoyed each track, I heard influences from Qui in a few tracks.
You should be proud of what you have accomplished here. Great work. |

Great stuff! I was really impressed by the sound quality. Obviously being from the Kronos
All of the instruments were completely believable, too. It's not unexpected but I still find it quite incredible. _________________ Current Gear: Kronos 61, RADIAS-R, Volca Bass, ESX-1, microKorg, MS2000B, R3, Kaossilator Pro +, MiniKP, AX3000B, nanoKontrol, nanoPad MK II,
