Hi everyone,
I'm a "korgaholic" and I just purchased a "floor" model Korg Wave Drum mini on ebay for 155 usdollars. I hope it's in good shape. The ad said it was mint and it was a floor model. If you all could give me your opinion about this and also what to "look for" when I receive it next week. Because I believe I have 14 days to return it if it's defective etc. The seller has thousands of gold stars so hopefully "I did good"
Thanks so much and I can't wait to get it.
just an fyi I'm a guitar/ukulele/synth player and my youngest son is a jazz drummer in college. He seemed to have gotten all the rhythm in the family but I think I can really enjoy this tool. I recently got the the volcas and I have a microKorg so this should fit nicely into my set up (as long as it's a good one!!)
Thanks again
Maria

Hi and welcome
check all connectors for good contact , esp.the small ones , DC and headfones .
they ARE fragile .
have a look at the Global parameters and adjust sensibility and all to your liking ...
not much more to look at , imo
hopefully it comes with a full warranty ?
I would not know of one defective Mini in this forum . Wink

so, that wave drum came with the error message E1 as soon as I turned it on...I was so bummed. I waited a week for it. BUt then I made a good deal (not as cheap but still good) for a new one. At least now I have Korg's backing on it. I just got it today and I'm really liking it. I already used it in a new composition recorded on my iPad!!
thanks again
Maria
