So my krome will not power on...
It was on and then it just shut off during startup. Now it gets no power at all...
So I'm wondering if it's possibly just the power supply. There is still a green light on the power supply so i'm not sure.
I really don't want to have to send this this away to get repaired since I have a gig in 2 weeks....
Anyone had this issue before? |

I had the same problem. After repeated attempts, a few more times the Krome "started", but then finally "died". I had to send it to a service, according to their statement, the cause of the defect were "cold" joints in the supply part inside of Krome. |

Mine was sent back to Korg who said it was the power supply and replaced it under warranty - great service from Korg and the Rock Shop here in NZ. Probably worth having a spare. Anyone else have this problem? _________________ The Planz
