I keep getting this message (source device not found ) when trying to load 3.0.2 on my Kronos. Please if you can. Thanks

3.0.3 is the present upgrade version.

Have the unzipped upgrade files been copied to the root level of a blank usb memory stick that has been formatted with FAT32? Some folk even go as far as using the Kronos to format the USB drive first.

The instructions are in the file "KRONOS_Update_and_Restore_E4.pdf" present in the zip archive, and need to be followed to the letter.
