USB-Audio from Kronos AUDIO-interface is only transmitted if you select Kronos as your AUDIO-Device in LOGiC preferences. If you use an external audio-interface with Logic then only Midi is transmited through Kronos USB. In this case you need of course an analog or digital audio connection between ...

So you recorded a sequence on a miditrack with Kronos and when you hit playback you don't hear anything, is that right? That's correct. I don't think the midi is getting back to the Kronos for some reason, although I was able to get midi to flow both ways using standard midi cabling from the Kronos ...

I've also figured out that the external midi tracks 1-16 will work once I instantiate a software instrument track with Kronos on the input. But if I mute the software instrument track and the external midi tracks will all mute as well. If anyone uses a Kronos usb b to logic pro 9 and can send me a ...

Hi Bob,
I took a look at your song template. All of the external MIDI channels that you have set up are the same ones that I cannot get to make a sound, either in Combi or Seq mode. MIDI is being sent from the Kronos to Logic but isn't making its way back to trigger sounds.

Using Logic 9 as External sequencer with Kronos
I'm hoping that someone will be able to help me with this. I've looked around the internet as well as through Korg's documentation to get this to work and I haven't found a way. What I'm looking for: I want to use logic as my MIDI master to slave the Kronos to it. I want to be able to send MIDI to ...

MOD-7 patch programming
I was specifically wondering about the sound from vpms 1&2. Rigel answered my question exactly.

MOD-7 patch programming
Just got my Kronos and love the flexibility and vastness of the Mod-7 engine. I've been going through some of the factory patches and trying to figure out how certain sounds were programed, and am stumped on a particular preset. Lotus Garden employs the SW1 to make VPMs 1&2 do this repeat/envelope ...
