Update: I fixed the issue by ticking on all of the MIDI Filters for the effected track. I guess I was wrong in thinking they were unnecessary.

I have assigned a SETLIST slot to load a SEQ. The SEQ has 4 programs assigned to MIDI tracks 1 - 4, and they are all assigned to MIDI CH 1. Essentially, I have created a split combination in SEQ mode because I use the RPPR feature. The problem is that the program on CH 3 (an organ patch) has ...
