Looks like I might get to RMA my Kaossilator after all. Contacted Korg today, and was told I was being sent the number and address. Happy day

Am I just SOL then? I mean, I'm sure I'm not the only person to do this.

Do you think it'd be possible to get the part from Korg's supplier? When I pulled my Kaossilator apart, it looked like Korg had used off the shelf parts.

Ah, sorry. I misunderstood. I saw that it was designed for a DS, and I thought it was the whole bottom screen. It's a tic small though.

That's a touch screen. What's on the Kaossilator is a touch-pad. There's no video output behind the touch stuff.

EDIT: The screen is 3+1/16 by 2+1/2 inches.

A few weeks back, I was carrying my Kaossilator in my pocket (and without a case; stupid move on my part) when I ran into a corner. I hit the screen on the Kaossilator, and dented it in pretty well. The unit still works, but when the Kaossilator is turned on, it constantly makes sound from that one ...
