For Sale
Can anybody recommend suitable websites for selling Korg Keyboards, other than eBay? My Triton Extreme (76) is looking for a new home and this website (Korg Forums) does not appear to have a 'FOR SALE' facility, probably for a good reason no doubt. I have tried Preloved, Musicalads and Freeads.

KTE headaches
Hi Cliff, Program info. (Voice Number) is usually embedded into the track data. Can you alter this on your PC before you transfer to the KTE (Select 'properties' on the MIDI file track and select appropriate program number). I had a similar problem recently and found that the KTE MIDI was diss ...

MIDI Files (SMF)
Sounds like there are no program change events in the tracks. Try loading these SMF's into the Triton's sequencer, and then assigning programs to each track. Then save the file as a SMF. Then they should work okay in S. Play mode. Many thanks for that, but I know there are programme change events ...

MIDI File (SMF) Problem
My KTE is not detecting programme (General MIDI patch number) settings for each track in Song Play Mode. All tracks default to G001 Acoustic Piano with the exception of Track 10 which defaults to G(d)001 Standard Kit. What am I doing wrong? The MIDI files play perfectly on my P.C. selecting correct ...

Sound cut-off with programme and combination changes
I have used Korg keyboards / expanders for years and one slight problem / design feature (?) I have always found ... when you change combis, there is a total sound cut-off. With some of the Yamaha gear I use, the 'Reverb' (for example) of the 'previous' sound or combi continues 'post programme ...

Live Performances
Further to my last contribution, I have to say that I am finding the majority of factory combis on the TE pretty unusable; so within my 'JW LIVE' combi category / bank, I have re-assigned their own category to a new bank which I have named 'Un-Used Factory' (e.g.) so that they no longer appear ...

Reply re: LIVE
I've owned my KTE for 2 weeks but am getting grips with it. I have the same LIVE performance dilemma ... What I'm doing at the moment ... Re-name one of the Combination 'Categories', call it, say 'JW LIVE' Set up numerous user Combis, whether they are single sounds or multiple layered patches. Name ...

Using Korg Triton Extreme LIVE with a band
OK ... So I'm new to the KTE and also this great forum ... Perhaps I jumped in a bit too quickly with my first 2 questions ... I have now returned the Yamaha Stagepas300 (very dissapointing) and now have 2 x Behringer B215A EUROLIVE Active PA Speakers (awesome!!), complete with a mixer. I have tried ...

Touch Screen not responding Reply with quote
You could try a cold start re-boot.
Make sure you save all your settings first.
Re-load factory default settings.
Check Screen.
Re-load your own data.
Also, check you have the latest KTE software loaded.
If this fails, it would appear you have technical problem - contact KORG support / technical dept.
