I think you'll find that all professional keyboard synths and modules have MIDI input and output. But I don't think the microKorg is the best choice. Particularly in the case of multi-stringed MIDI guitars, they tend to transmit each string on a different channel - so you'd have to effectively set ...

I need this; really like the korg, vs the alesis even which is more, but discounted its equal

Can I use a Midi Controller to control the Koassilator?

I want to get the YouRock guitar, and I want to use it to control the Koassilator and use the trackpad as well..

The Kaossilator is the only reasonably priced synth I can find with quality sounds.
