the X-Y pad on the Korg NanoKey Studio will send Vector info to Nautilus and fits perfect on the 73 key on the left side. Nautilus powers it via usb.

Raston: Im using a Nanokey studio with the Nautilus 73 so yes Nano series are all compatible.

I can't get MIDI from Nano to Nautilus USB to continue out to midi thru to another synth though. Gotta figure that out so I don't have to buy a special cable.

I have the 73 key model and am loving it so far. already done some gigs with it using mainly organ and piano sounds in Combi mode (blues rock band). I used a Jupiter 50 to trigger piano and used the nautilus for organ with vol pedal and footswitch for leslie speed. set list mode great for gigging ...

I had the Triton for years before I realized the pitch envelope could be assigned to mod other things besides pitch; like LFO rate. sounds cool when the LFO is modulating filter cutoff.

I love the MOSS particularly the VPM mode which is a bit like FM synthesis. in the standard mode which is basically a virtual analog setup go to the mixer section and and assign LFOs to control volume of osc/sub osc/noise etc. Use a square wave LFO to make the Sub OSc go boom boom booom. and assign ...

once you have everything set up the way you want it for the gig create a 'Save all' file and put it on a cf card or usb stick. load that before the gig.

I recently applied some things I learned programming rhythmic patches on the DSI MOPHO to the MOSS synth. each synth has osc/subosc/noise and 4 LFOs. in MOSS edit select 'basic' and go the the mixer tab. Mixer 1 is above and mixer 2 below. I turned everything off on mixer 2. In mixer one assign ...

wav can be imported via usb. in media mode click load, select media, select sample.
in sampling mode create a multi sample assigning the wav to the desired key. then 'convert ms to program' from the drop down menu. then that program can be used in a combi or sequence etc.

Wave sequencing on Triton

I tried to do some wave sequencing on the Triton Extreme using the sequencer. I made 8 one bar patterns where each pattern was one note of the sequence. So in step seq rec mode pattern one was first note of the seq done. then pattern two was a rest then 2nd note, done. then pattern 3 was rest, rest ...

lol maybe he cut n paste a PM? anyway I hope this walk thru was helpful. It was a fun synth jam for me that's for sure! I didn't mess with the envelopes cuz it can be done manually. Attack and decay are on the screen and release is assigned to one of the knobs. there were still 3 knobs the slider ...

I should point out in Filter and Pitch modes there is a dedicated LFO tab where you set the amounts. I play this sound with my right hand and work the controls with the left. turn knob 1 to enable portamento. JS+ for vibrato. JS- for Dubstep style filter to lfo mod with Tempo knob controlling the ...

The other night I was checking out some samples on a CDROM connected to the USB Port. I loaded an overdriven bass multi sample. I used 'Convert to program' to go from Sampling mode to Program mode. it provides a stereo patch with the chosen sample. In OSC mode I detuned the samples. in Filter mode ...
