I have an M-Audio interface that supplies it with phantom power, so any idea on how I can put it through the vocoder through that? It recognizes it on the computer and it receives sound just fine but how do I get it so that it goes to through to the vocoder also? Any solutions to this problem ...

The problem is, I did all that, I'm using a AT2020, I don't think the AT2020 has anything to do with the problem.

I tried exactly what they said on youtube and also what you said (Plugging the jack into the mic jack and switching it to input mic and turning the dial to the vocoder effects) but it still isn't working. Is there something I'm missing or is there something wrong with my mic? I can hear the static ...
