Third, the former Kronos, once repaired, had the sticking keys issue. I was told by the distributor that I ...

Hello what do you mean by self repair? regards Billy I followed the procedure described in this forum for sticking keys. Loosen bottom screws, place keybed spacers, tighten screws, remove spacers. Easy! Even though I was told that instead of doing that I should have sent my Kronos back to service ...

I'm sorry to hear that for you all. My repair went smooth so i've been lucky i guess. I don't understand why they don't check all the keys after the repair. The solution is quite simple according to other users. - Loosen the screws at the bottom - attach the spacer cards between de keys and the ...

Same here. Played 2-3 weeks with my Kronos until noticed the cutoffs, sent to repair 2 weeks ago, still waiting, no news. I was lucky, the local retailer lent me a brand new replacement until the first one is coming from repair. Only to find out that the second Kronos is also failing. 2 defective ...

You can not tell for sure at the store if you're getting a good unit. Period. ...//... These defective units will probably be around until they are all sold and sent back to Korg Japan or wherever they go. Well said. I can forgive Korg for a manufacturing mistake. What I find unacceptable is ...

Today I went to my local dealer and they took my Kronos 73 sn 1684 for a repair. They don't have an estimated day of repair since they won't replace the keybed themselves. They have been so kind to provide me with a brand new boxed Kronos sn 28xx that was shipped to them just a week ago. My kind ...

I like how you posted and talked about the problem existing but didn't mention a fix was available. Youtube is a good place to air out every problem you have for sure. You didn't read well. Do it again (look at my comments where I say "I've read they have a nice active policy on fixing defective ...

If you're just mad at Kord, so be it. Get your money back, buy another keyboard and happily make music with it. On this forum, most of us have had positive experiences and are looking to make positive contributions. We acknowledge your problem, but there is a solution. Respectfully, we'd like to ...
