I have a midi file I've already recorded and would like it to play back in a combi sound. When I load the midi file into the sequencer, I only get playback on whatever is track 1 of the combi in SEQ. How do I get it to play back on the full combi? Do I have to duplicate the midi file to every track ...

I think that the time has come to add another drive since the price of SSD has dropped so much in the last couple of years and upgrade the RAM. Is there a list of compatible models, or any recommendation of what to look for or avoid?

Tony Banks did that often in Genesis solos on the arps, I think, & I'd like to replicate that...being able to pitch bend whilst the other hand is playing another board.

Power cycling the Kronos seems to have fixed the problem. But I'd sure like to know what caused it.

No, I was doing it correctly to a thumb drive. When it wouldn't let me increase the time I tried a larger capacity thumb drive. It didn't make a difference, and the wav files created were nowhere near the capacity of the drive. Any other thoughts? The link you sent had a graphic that also showed the ...

Is it possible to bounce sequencer tracks that are longer than 5 minutes to disk? It won't let me change the sample time regardless of the size of drive connected. Or is there a better way to do this?

Is your cp70 available? I'm desperate for a good one on the Kronos.

I don't think so. I think I'm set on channel 1 & the patch is as well. Like I said, the light on the Tascam that lights when receiving midi data is lit continuously as if I was doing a data dump.

Kronos, not the PA3X. And with a midi plug, not the usb.

I can't seem to get any signal out of the midi out. The jack, not the usb. When connected, to my Tascam interface, the light that shows midi signal is lit constantly, but nothing happens when I press the keys. Plugged into my Kurzweil, everything is working, so I know it's not the pc or interface ...

I was able to load a soundfont created by Awave Studio on 1.5 without any problem.
