I had static (like an AM Radio while playing) I called Korg Japan and they promptly said they'd replace it as it was less than a week old.. Korg ...

As I said... My Triton Pro factory combi's (except for a limited few) have all MIDI channels set to GC1 and everything is set to "INT" and all Timbre's sound, so if I want to trigger an external MIDI source I have to set the MIDI channels to trigger their MIDI channel and set it to "INT" (if I want ...

"Btw on Extreme and Karma you still have to manually make the combi output midi because the timbres are set to "int". For midi output they need to be on "both", "ext" or "ext2"." Not sure what you're talking about or if we're on the same page here, but what you're saying tells me that the Triton is ...

The Triton's timbres are also on midi channels 1 through 8. Otherwise you would be playing 8 sounds even in an empty combi, which makes no sense. You can't have more than four Karma modules playing but you can put multiple timbres on the same midi channel and if that is a Karma channel, they'll all ...

New Kronos X user
I just got my Kronos X 73. LOVE IT !!! I had been using a Triton Pro (SCSI, MOSS Board and the PCM Vintage Synth/Keyboard card) for many years and decided to upgrade. I've been sitting with it for 2 days now. I only have 2 complaints. 1- It seems that the display (I actually love it's size and color ...

Thanks
Thanks Alland !! I looked at the Combination MIDI set up. It seems that timbres 1~16 is set to MIDI 1~16. So Timbre 1 is MIDI 1, Timbre 2 is MIDI 2 and so on.. (I never checked this because my Triton Pro timbres are all set to Global by default) So I tried to change them all to Global, but they ...

Kronos X need a little help
Hi, Just got my Kronos X and I love it. It wasn't as difficult to get accustomed to it as i thought it would. Guess having a Triton Pro for so long had it's benefits.. I do have a question or two, so if there are any Kronos guru's out there? HELP!!! In making user Combi's (timbres 1~8, I usually don ...
