Mine either locked up or rebooted itself on one occasion - can't recall which, as it's been awhile since it happened. I have mine going through a Furman AR-PRO and an APC 1500 UPS, so power quality should not be an issue.

I'm running a couple of subgroups out of my Presonus 16.4.2 into the Kronos X. Doing it that way, I don't have to worry about phantom power, so I can use anything from a Shure SM-57 to a Neumann TLM-102 into the keyboard. I also have an SM-58 and an EV RE20.

Getting ready to order one for my Kronos X 88 from Studio Slips. They make some quality stuff - I have a couple of amp covers from them.

I have a Boss FH-500H connected to my Kronos and it works. Of course, I'm using the Expression output with a TRS cable and it's assigned under the Global page.
